One of our inspectors will carefully check all rooms and items and record the cleanliness and condition from the floor to the ceiling and everything in between. We will also photograph outside areas, record meter readings and carry out smoke alarm compliance checks and alert you of any concerns we find.

On move-in day we’ll send the report via on online link to the tenant giving access to our simple digital review and signature process.

In line with best practice this gives tenants seven days to upload any comments and pictures to the final report.

We’ll send an alert and final copy to all parties when this is done and upload the report to your Caboodle Reports Library.
