Our inspector will collect keys, carry out a detailed written and photographic inspec-tion & return your keys the same day.

REVIEW
Inside 24 hrs the tenant will receive their inventory link allowing them up to 7 days to upload pictures & comments on their phone, tablet and laptop.

DONE
We’ll send all parties the digitally signed inventory. For check-outs and mid-tenancy reports we do this on the day of the inspection.
